Happy, thankful, in love with her daughter's smile, in her husband, in life, color green, rain and dance. Loves to craft, experiment in the kitchen and explore. Always curious - of the world, people, books. And always in a mood for a cup of tea ;)

My everyday life is focused on my daughter, Sophie (who's 3 months old the moment I'm starting my journey in blogosphere), my husband and our cat Yuko :) Maternity leave though has not much to do with a holidays, despite what people tend to think :P But I enjoy every minute of this wonderful time - even though I'm constantly tired and lack the time for myself :)

In a free time - if by coincidence I get any! - i cook, read, paint, learn kanji, watch movies, dance, play boardgames, WOW, experiment with making toys, cosmetics and finding new, exciting ideas for life.


I've left a part of my soul in Japan, and that part of me still feels that there's my home, so returns are inevitable - for now only in my posts, in the background of my culinary revolutions and flavors :)
